The Interplanetary Patrol, a self-denying, self-sacrificing corps of nuclear-armed police, seemed to my thirteen-year-old self, the perfect solution to the problems of the world: I enjoyed this book quite a bit, the only reason I gave it four instead of five stars is that, while it was good, there was little about it that made it very extraordinary But many of Matt’s classmates come from outside the US!
